What affects the dashboard commission fee

The starting fee of KRW 18,000,000 covers up to six active channels with standard export-based ingestion (no real-time API feeds). Fee increases apply for:

• Additional channels — KRW 1,800,000 per channel beyond six
• Real-time API integration — KRW 3,500,000–6,000,000 depending on platform count
• Multi-brand portfolio — scoped separately; typically 1.4–1.8× base fee
• Offline redemption ingestion — KRW 2,200,000 if spreadsheet-based; more for POS integration
• Extra revision rounds — KRW 800,000 per round beyond the two included

Payment structure

Dashboard commissions require a 40% deposit on signed scope, 40% at mid-build review (week 4), and 20% on final delivery and handover. Audits and handover sessions are invoiced in full on booking with payment due before work begins.

Monthly maintenance retainer (optional)

After delivery, clients may engage us for monthly dashboard refresh and credit rule updates. Retainer fees start at KRW 1,600,000/month for up to four channels, scaling with complexity. This is optional — the handover session equips your team to maintain the dashboard independently.
