Rowan Line provides professional marketing attribution dashboard commissions, channel audits, analyst handover sessions, and optional maintenance retainers. Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual commission agreements or written quotes — not solely by website content.

3. Website use

You may browse this website for informational purposes. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce substantial portions of site content for commercial redistribution without written permission. You may not use the website to transmit unlawful content or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

4. Intellectual property

Website content — including text, design, logos, and layout — is owned by Rowan Line Analytics Co., Ltd. or used under licence. Commission deliverables (dashboards, documentation, methodology PDFs) transfer to the client as specified in the commission agreement, typically upon final payment. Rowan Line retains the right to use anonymised structural patterns and general methodology knowledge in future work.

5. Quotes and commissions

Website pricing is indicative. Firm quotes are provided in writing after scope assessment. A commission begins only upon signed agreement and receipt of the agreed deposit. Client delays in providing data access, stakeholder availability, or approval may extend timelines without penalty to Rowan Line.

6. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely access to required data exports and platform accounts, and designated stakeholders for workshop attendance and approval decisions. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in timeline adjustments or additional fees as specified in the commission agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Republic of Korea, Rowan Line's total liability for any claim arising from website use or commissioned services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific commission giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Attribution dashboards reflect data provided by the client and third-party platforms; we do not guarantee business outcomes resulting from budget decisions made using dashboard outputs.

8. Disclaimer

Website content is provided for general information. It does not constitute legal, financial, or marketing advice. Commission deliverables are analytical tools; interpretation and business decisions remain the client's responsibility.

9. Third-party platforms

Our work integrates with third-party services (Google Analytics, Naver, Meta, CRM providers, etc.) subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, export formats, or platform policies that affect dashboard functionality after delivery.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a commission according to the termination provisions in the written agreement. Website access may be restricted if we reasonably believe a user violates these Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Daegu, Republic of Korea, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued website use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
