2. Data we collect

Contact form submissions

Name, email address, commission interest selection, channel count range, and message content you voluntarily submit via our contact form.

Commission engagements

Business contact details, billing information, and data exports you provide for dashboard commissions. This may include aggregated campaign data but should not include end-consumer personal data unless required for the commission scope.

Website usage

If you accept analytics cookies, anonymised usage data such as pages visited, session duration, and referral source. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Technical data

Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and access timestamp for security and troubleshooting. These logs are retained briefly and not used for profiling.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to inquiries and preparing commission quotes (contractual necessity and legitimate interest)
• Delivering commissioned services (contractual performance)
• Website security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest)

4. Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months unless a commission engagement begins, in which case they become part of the client file. Commission client files are retained for seven years after project completion for legal and accounting purposes. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.

5. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers necessary to operate the website
• Analytics providers if you consent to analytics cookies
• Professional advisers (accountants, legal counsel) under confidentiality
• Authorities when required by law

Commission deliverables remain confidential between Rowan Line and the client unless disclosure is agreed in writing.

6. International transfers

Our primary operations and data storage are in the Republic of Korea. If we transfer data internationally (for example, to a cloud provider with servers outside Korea), we implement appropriate safeguards consistent with PIPA requirements, including contractual protections and transfer impact assessments where applicable.

7. Your rights

Under PIPA and applicable regulations, you may request:

• Access to personal data we hold about you
• Correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion of data no longer necessary for its purpose
• Suspension of processing in certain circumstances
• Withdrawal of consent for analytics cookies (without affecting prior lawful processing)

8. Security

We apply access controls, encrypted transmission (HTTPS), and limited staff access to client data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our services are directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16.
